Morning Routine, General Diary, Thoughts, and Ideas
Stayed in the hospital last night with my son, had a reasonable night’s sleep, got up, and completed most of my morning routine.
Day 12 for my son post-transplant and his numbers are trending up which is great news!
Endless doctors and nurses and support staff visiting my son all day today so I got nothing done.
Today I ate:
A load of hospital food, crisps, and biscuits, plus the cottage pie that is in todays picture.

Start a rhythm register, where you write down your repeatable, consistent steps toward your goals.
Cut out negative news, TV, etc. instead add more positive things into your life.
Set up alerts or RSS feeds for only the news that is interesting or relevant to you. I also intend to unsubscribe from a lot of email subscriptions that I have and rarely read.
